The Furreal Teams Must-Have Product Recommendations
Every dog parent has that one product they simply couldn't be without, the thing they reach for time and time again because it genuinely makes a difference.
This month, we asked our Furreal Treats reps to share the one product they'd recommend above all others. There are treats, toys, and some are everyday essentials that have become part of their daily routine. These are products our reps genuinely love and use with their own dogs.
We'll be joining in too, sharing the one product we couldn't be without for Angus and why it's become an essential part of managing his allergies.

Our Pick: Douxo S3 PYO Mousse
Allergies have unfortunately been a huge part of Angus’s life. We use the mousse on the areas that are most prone to irritation, and it's become a brilliant way of keeping Angus's skin clean and supporting his skin barrier between flare-ups. It's quick to apply, doesn't need rinsing off, and because it's a mousse, it's much easier than trying to bathe a large, fluffy Labradoodle every time his skin needs a little extra help!
It's not a miracle cure, and every dog is different, but alongside Angus's veterinary treatment and allergy management plan, it's a product we've genuinely found we couldn’t be without.

Guinness’s Pick: Mud Daddy
I definitely recommend a mud daddy or a portable washer of some kind. An absolute lifesaver in the muckier seasons but has also been handy in the summer to cool Guinness down.

Pearl’s Pick - Luxury Pate
Obviously pate is the product we can’t live without! We use it for training and it’s a great high value reward. Pearl loves every single flavour of the pate and sees at as a real reward for her efforts. It’s easy to cut up and can be cut into all different sizes.

Sven’s Pick - Cocopup Walking Bag
One thing you’ll never catch us without on our adventures, is our CocoPup dog walking bag. It has a hidden poo bag dispenser (because nobody wants to be rummaging around mid-walk!), a detachable treat pouch for easy rewards, plenty of space in the main compartment for Sven’s extra cheesy treats or jerky, and an inner pocket that’s perfect for my essentials like hand sanitiser, lip balm and tissues. It keeps everything organised, hands-free, and ready for whatever our adventures throw at us, all while looking super stylish. Practical and on-trend? That’s a win in our books!

Dexter’s Pick - Adios Wipes
Ours would probably be Adios wipes, they're so handy to have on hand for muddy paws, messy faces, dirty bums or a quick freshen-up after a walk. They're gentle on the skin, easy to use, and make cleaning up so much quicker.

D&M Barkings Pick: Tugenuff Toys
Our item recommendation for new dog parents would be the tugenuff toys! (Particularly the rabbit fur one) it is soooo high value and the girls will work for that on walks more than they will for treats. It’s been so useful for our training!

Zeus’s Pick - Paw & Skin Butter
If your dog struggles with dry paws, a cracked nose, or rough skin. It's easy to apply, a little goes a long way, and it really helps keep everything soft and moisturised.

Dibble’s Pick - Hugo & Ted Sling
Our Hugo & Ted sling is the one dog item I genuinely couldn’t live without. As a clingy little dachshund, Dibs loves being close while I work from home. He happily snoozes in the sling while I get on with work (and has even attended a fair few SLT meetings!). It’s also perfect for shopping trips—Dibs gets the best people-watching seat in the house, and I know he’s safe from getting accidentally squished in busy places. For any fellow velcro dog owners, I couldn’t recommend it more.

Morven’s Pick - Sprats
The thing that we couldn’t live without is sprats. They are super versatile which means we can use them as training treats, yummy snacks, as part of meal prep and even in enrichment such as frozen licky mats and kongs. As well as this they’re packed with omega 3 oils to keep my skin and fur healthy and shiny! They also promote heart health, are high in protein, support a healthy digestive system, keep teeth clean by removing tartar build up and improve joint health and mobility.

Billie Joe’s Pick - Cheese Bones
The product we can’t live without is of course cheese bones!
If you're looking for a tasty training treat. They're lovely and soft with a delicious cheesy flavour, so they're perfect for quick rewards or a little snack between meals. Even fussy dogs seem to love them, and the small bone-shaped pieces are just the right size for training without overdoing the treats.

Chewie & Lily’s Pick: Herbal Dog Co Dry Shampoo
Lily suffers with hay fever, so after walks we always wipe both dogs down before they come back into the house. In winter it’s brilliant for muddy paws, muddy legs and muddy bellies too. With their short little legs they seem to collect every bit of mud they can find!
Lily is our little mud monster and absolutely loves splashing through puddles and rolling around on muddy grass, so the dry shampoo is perfect for freshening her up between baths. It’s quick, easy and saves a lot of mess coming into the house.
